Terms and Conditions — Use of Syndicated Content
North Star Analytics LLC (NSA) hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use NSA’s syndicated content. NSA’s syndicated content includes periodic newsletters, news and information alerts, and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds‡.Presently, NSA offers its syndicated content free of charge so long as subscriber(s) adhere to the following terms and conditions. This Agreement will continue until terminated by either NSA or you. NSA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

1. Use of Syndicated Content
The syndicated content and its subscription service are offered free of charge by NSA to individuals for private, non-commercial use. Any other uses, including without limitation, the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the syndicated content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the syndicated content as provided by NSA. You may neither modify nor edit any aspect of the syndicated content supplied by NSA or offered on www.NorthStarAnalytics.com (the Site).

2. Ownership
NSA retains all ownership and other rights of its syndicated content, and any and all NSA logos and trademarks used in connection with the syndicated content. Ownership of syndicated content offered at the Site, but not originated by NSA, remains the property of its respective owner(s). Back to Top
3. Attribution
NSA encourages you to use it’s syndicated content, providing however that you do not post NSA’s full-text stories, and providing proper acknowledgement and credit are given to NSA and reference to www.NorthStarAnalytics.com in connection with your use of the syndicated content. Back to Top
4. Right to Discontinue Subscription(s)
NSA reserves the right to discontinue subscription(s) of any or all of the syndicated content at any time and to require you to cease utilizing, displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the syndicated content for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty
You expressly agree that your use of the syndicated content is at your sole risk. NSA assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the syndicated content or for your use of the syndicated content. Neither NSA nor its affiliates warrants that NSA shall be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the syndicated content, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information provided by or from NSA. The syndicated content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. In no event will NSA or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing NSA’s syndicated content be liable for any damages including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use NSA’s syndicated content. You hereby acknowledge that the provisions of this section apply to all syndicated content on or taken from or accessed through the Site. Back to Top
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NSA, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents for, from and against any and all claims and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the use of NSA’s syndicated content. 7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use
NSA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, without advance notification and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms of use. Notification of changes to these terms of use will be provided by noting a new “updated” date at the bottom of this Agreement. Your continued subscription of NSA’s syndicated content constitutes your agreement to these terms of use and any updates. If any of these changes are unacceptable, you can terminate your subscription. Continued use of the syndicated content following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes. Back to Top
