Scaling Down MatrixIt is commonly accepted that combining the development role and the test role is not a good practice. In that same spirit, it is not recommended that the test role get involved in deploying the solution. It is best to have operations-oriented people performing a validation of the deployment. As such, the recommendation within the Scaling Down Matrix for combining the Release/Operations Advocacy Group and the Test Advocacy Group has been changed from "Probable" to "Unlikely".
