Occasionally, North Star Analytics (NSA) would like to survey it’s customers and the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) community to get your opinions and input on upcoming products and potential changes to MSF. Currently, we have three categories of surveys:- Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Questionnaires inquiring about
customer satisfaction and feedback regarding North Star Analytics and its products
and service. This survey is sent to customers selected randomly and typically no
more that twice a year.
- Product Feedback Surveys: Questionnaires inquiring about product
feedback and new feature requests
- MSF Surveys: Questionnaires inquiring about upcoming
aspects, features and preferences of MSF
